Rusty is a 7 year-old rescued Red Fox “LAB” from the Chula Vista Animal Shelter who found his forever-home with the Dickson family. His job enTAILS lazily lounging in the doctors office while gladly accepting scratches behind the ears. He puts a smile on the faces of all.

The Drs. Dickson have combined their efforts in marriage and medical careers since they first met in medical school. After completing residency they relocated to Arizona where they practiced medicine together in the Emergency Room for many years. Their family grew as they had children, and so did their desire to return to San Diego. Together, they established South Bay Urgent Care to emphasize their broad experience in both Primary Care and Emergency Medicine. They enjoy treating the entire family from newborn to the elderly. As physicians and parents, they understand the medical and emotional concerns of parents. Both are committed to providing the community in which they live with the highest quality health care.
